Teams will play the same night each week, either Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday. However due to weather and event conflicts with Water Taxi Beach, teams may play double-headers some evenings and might have to play a couple of matches on a night other than the one assigned. Start times will vary week to week, but typically are 6:15, 7:15 & 8:15. Please Note we can't give every team their 1st choice of night because not every skill level plays every night.

BOTTOM LINE: Do not put down any nights that you cannot field your team. Any nights you put down must be acceptable to your teammates. Teams cannot assume they are going to get their 1st choice of night. Please note: If you give us just one choice of night, it is with the understanding that there is a reasonable chance your team will not be able to play this season. In such instances, your registration fee would be refunded.

Teams may have anywhere from 6 to 15 people. Eight is the recommended minimum to avoid forfeits.

By checking this box the representative is familiar with the League Eligibility Rules and that all the above roster members are qualified to participate under them. (Note: Violation of the Eligibility Rules may result in expulsion from the League without refund). It is also understood that the Big City Volleyball League, LLC and affiliated organizations, their directors and agents disclaim any responsibility or liability for damage to property or injury to any person, whether players, spectators or others, no matter how caused. Such damage or injury is the sole responsibility of, and is assumed by, the teams, players, participants and companies they represent. Furthermore, it is understood that by checking the box authorization for the expenditure for our company team to play in the Big City Volleyball League has been approved. If for some reason, it turns out that we are not able to enter a team this season, we will still be liable for the entire $1050 registration fee.
