We have an exciting new program called VolleyBoot Camp.
In our innovative VolleyBoot Camp, we're scrutinizing your volleyball mechanics to take you to the next level. You'll be passing more accurately, moving faster, setting with more variety, and hitting stronger. After each instructional session, you’ll sweat through a half-hour volleyball fitness circuit designed to improve your game using various equipment (medicine balls, agilitly ladders etc..) We've combined volleyball instruction and fitness to deliver an intense performance-boosting program.
** Volley Boot Camp is not a substitute for our Instructional Clinics. VBC training is suited for players who want to take their existing skill set to the next level. Co-ed VolleyBoot Camp
