HOW TO REGISTER
Teams
Register your team online. A $250 non-refundable deposit is required when you register your team. Roster members will receive notifications when they have been added to your roster with a link to your team page where they can make payments online. Captains can also pay the balance of the $1350 registration fee ($1100) with either individual checks from teammates or one check (or charge) for $1100. Big City sells out every season, and only teams tha have paid their deposits are guaranteed a spot in the coming season. Additionally, teams must be paid in full before their first match.
Note - Corporate Sponsored Teams: Corporate sponsored teams must complete and submit the online registration form. Company-sponsored teams are not required to leave a deposit, but Big City must receive an email from an authorized corporate representative confirming the company's sponsorship of your team.
The league fee includes all gym rental costs, professional refs, prizes, 10 of our famous Big City T-shirts, and more! New Teams, once we receive your roster and fee, we’ll call you to arrange a pre-season team Ranking Scrimmage to determine your team’s level of play. The time spots available are generally 7:00, 8:00 & 9:00 and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is your team a few players short? Feel free to come “shopping” for free agents at one of our Open Scrimmages, where individual players come to get on teams.
Individuals/Free Agents
Come to one of Big City's Open Scrimmages ready to play as teams form out of players at the same skill level. BRING YOUR CHECKBOOK to the gym, because no one will be placed on a team who hasn't paid.
If you can't make it to one our Open Scrimmages, then just fill out the Free Agent Form and we'll place you on a team.
